Hi, Does anyone here have data from the 1981,1991,2001,2011 census for Indian districts in an easy-to-use spreadsheet or a table? I can see 2011 census data shared on gitHub but am struggling to find the data for other years.
The data for 1981 and 1991 is available at http://vanneman.umd.edu/districts/files/index.html but in SAS format which am unable to convert. Any help in this regards would be deeply appreciated.
