[datameet] Query about Block and Sub Districts

Hey All, Somewhat naive query but I am finding it very confusing to figure out the difference in SubDistrict and Blocks of a State. In lgdirectory website they have list of village associated with a state and also a list of villages that are covered by blocks. The second one is a subset of the
