Hii everyone, I have recently downloaded the monthly mean temperature data for India, and I am aiming to analyze this data at the state level. To achieve this, I downloaded the data from AID data using the ADM1 boundary regions for India. ADM1 boundaries typically correspond to first-level administrative divisions, which, in the context of India, would be the states and union territories.However, I am facing a challenge in associating the state IDs in the temperature data with their respective state names. The JSON file does not directly provide a mapping that clearly indicates which `shapeID` corresponds to which state name. I need this mapping to accurately align the temperature data with the correct states for my analysis. Can anyone help me with this?
