There is good development on open spatial data.
CDOs of smart cities are asked to upload city boundary and wards boundary
Dehradun and Thanjavur have already shared boundaries in smartcity open
data portal. (https://smartcities.data.gov.in/ )

was looking for the revised Boundaries after the J&K bifurcation.
It seems SOI APP is not supporting DOWNLOAD any longer.
Can someone check and confirm.May be I am making a mistake.

Sorry, I should have clarified: the red boundary is SOI official release,
the black one is GADM.

Specifically wanted to check the Enclaves in the states boundary.
Some of them will requre some cleaning.
Like these Two Holes in MP should be a part of UP's Polygon but there are

It would be better to ask SOI to appoint Chief Data Officer in data.gov.in.
We need admin boundaries and political boundaries too in the proper
license, which are very insensitive.
