your config ?
Yes, test suit frequently fails on snapshots due to modifications in the code.

btw, have you tried the "make check" with the latest snapshot? for me it's
test-cached...

By default, DataparkSearch checks urls against robots.txt rules before insert
them into database. You may switch this by "FastHrefCheck yes" command in the
latest snapshot.
