DataparkSearch doesn't provide any facility to add an URL from a webpage at the
moment.
Probably, I'll add such facility in a future version.

No, you don't need it.
You can add any URL to the database using the following SQL command:
INSERT INTO url (url, next_index_time) VALUES ('http://server.ext/', 0);
Attention: don't delete any URL
