******Immediately Needed A Consultant****** Job Title : Network Analyst Length : 6 months+ Location : Oak Brook, IL Rate : OPEN *Position Description:* Primary responsibilities include the day to day operations and support of the McDonald's US Restaurant Internet and VPN network; prioritize, track, and manage incidents; troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues; network monitoring and analysis, statistical analysis and report generation; vendor management, coordination and issue escalation and facilitation. Also responsible for light administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory and Systems Management technologies. *Experience Required:* 5+ years experience in a Network Analyst or Engineering network position in a large, diverse enterprise environment comprised of varied network technologies, including Cisco routers and switches, VPN concentrators, and WiFi (802.11a/b/g). Global experience is a plus. Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills are a must.Experience Preferred: Experience in the QSR industry or national retail environment a plus. *Required Technology Skills:* Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN technologies (DSL, 802.11b/g, satellite, T1, VPN) is required.
