Job Title : Business Anlayst with with Mutual Funds
Location : Philadelphia., PA
Duration : 12 months Contract
Rate : Open
Understand how the business uses these applications and the suitability of
the current platform in supporting the business
Detailed analysis and documentation of the application platform components
to be integrated
Participate in shaping the solution and project to successfully integrate
the environment
Establishing strong relationships with business users and IT teams
We are seeking an individual who:
Has experience working in, and a high degree of knowledge of, the Funds
Management industry
Has experience working with vendor-based applications such as XIP,
Bloomberg, Eagle, Vestmark, Barra, Checkfree, etc.
Has a technical background such as experience using and deploying database
technologies, programming or technical architecture
Enjoys working under pressure to provide timely and accurate analysis of
systems
Is capable of working towards goals under minimal supervision
Has a sound analytical mind
A self-starter, displaying a keen interest and ability to acquire new skills
and work with different technologies
Enjoys working directly with business users
Essential to the role are:
Strong communication skills
Excellent problem solving abilities and sound technical skills
A strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the IT
impact upon the business are required
