Understand and be able to use web 2.0 technologies, unified communications technologies, and social media, including discussion forums, wikis, blogs, and online communities b.. Be highly skilled in using Excel to analyze information; experience using Business Objects application for pulling and analyzing data is a plus d.. Use a consultative approach with clients e..
