Mandatory Experience and Qualifications: The mandatory experience and qualifications for this project have been grouped into Two different skill sets that are relevant to client applications - interfaces and a website that will be modified during this project: 1) System interfaces and external programs, and; 2) Field System (DFS) and .net Website. o Senior Level (five years) experience with the following development tools: o COBOL and COBOL.net o VB.net o Web services o .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 o SQL 2000/2005, including development of stored procedures o Visual Studio 2005/2008 o Team Foundation Server o Windows 2000/Vista desktop o MS Office 2007 o One or more years experience: o Effectively applying web services within the Windows Communication Framework (WCF) o Understanding and coding of AAMVA Federal Messaging Systems A.
