Java Programmer Albany, NY Duration : 18 Months Contract *Mandatory Requirements:* 2 years in designing complex web applications using objects oriented methodology creating use cases, class diagrams, interaction and sequence diagrams and recognizing design patterns. 2 years hands-on experience in programming Java applications for specifications expressed by use cases, class diagrams, interaction and sequence diagrams. 2 years of complex Java programming experience using Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and Javascripts. * Desirable* Experience with Java development framework, BEA Weblogic application server, SQL, Oracle Experience communicating in two or more activities listed below: Preparation of user manuals Thorough documentation of programs or systems Conceptual, system and program design specifications Participation in team design meetings Leading meetings dealing with the development or modification of a system Working with users to gather system requirements Describing a system orally to technical and/or non technical staff.
