Job Title: QA Lead Location: Torrance, CA Duration 12 Months Contract . Resource is evaluated on his/her ability to interface professionally with project teams, identify and analyze quality risks, determine the test approach, determine test project scope, prepare time estimates, prepare and manage the project testing schedule, prepare and implement test plans, and manage. Experience with the following on large scale projects required: Leading a QA team involving large batch testing, data conversion and multiple interfaces Developing test approaches/strategies for large scale projects Identifying and analyzing quality risks Determining testing scope Preparing and adhering to time estimates (SOW) Preparing and managing the project testing schedule Preparing and implementing test plans Managing defects Requires excellent communication (written, verbal), organizational and planning skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a "Team Oriented" environment Experience with any of the following would be a plus: Data Warehouse testing Tibco XML Disaster Recovery testing Security testing experience Experience in use of Mercury Winrunner, Load Runner, Quality Center, Test director Thanks, Srikanth Ralla Sr Technical Recruiter CAT Technology Inc.
