Urgent Need of SAP Functional Analyst with SAP ECC 6.0 and IS-U CCS and CRM Experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
SAP IS-U CSS Functional Analyst. Duration 6-12 months Contract Location : Sacromento,CA The contractor is expected to work with individuals from the CCS team to provide project and operational support involving the rollout of the SMART meters and SMART Grid initiatives as well as assist with the planning and preparation for an SAP CRM 7.0 implementation. The contractor should be a senior-level SAP Functional Analyst experienced with troubleshooting ECC 6.0 IS-U CCS functionality; specifically in-depth experience with IMG configuration of customer. The contractor will document work processes, conduct workshops, evaluate new functionality, make recommendations for enhancements, develop technical specifications and perform unit/integration testing. The contractor should have recent experience configuring ECC 6.0 and should demonstrate a broad range of configuration knowledge related to SAP IS-U CCS; including the impact on business processes. *Mandatory Requirements:* Candidate’s not meeting these requirements will not be considered. Must have at least 5 years experience with SAP IS-U CCS Customer Service modules including at least 1 year of recent experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and IS-U CCS Must have hands-on experience with the implementation and configuration of SAP CRM 7.0 and the web IC Client in a SAP ECC 6.0 utility environment. Must have detailed configuration experience and/or knowledge of the L-shaped CIC including opportunities for customization, workflows, and master data components and their relation to the lifecycle of the business partner. *Additional Requirements:* Must be able to make SAP ECC 6.0 CCS front office configuration and workflow changes to support changes to the District’s business processes as a result of the SMART meter installations. Must be strong on analysis and executing functional/technical testing Must have experience with all phases of a project lifecycle including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Work Management service notifications as they relate to IS-U CCS is highly desired Experience with the Silver Springs Network AMI product; specifically the UIQ is desired.
