End- to end capabilities (i.e., Front End - Middle - Back End) *Remedy Tech Lead – Location – Jersey City, NJ, Duration – 6 months. * Remedy developer with hands-on experiance o custom build modules from the scratch. • Multiple form creation and integration. • Multiple tables map to multiple screens. • Data integrity and data sync methods. • Integration with oracle database to push and pull data periodically from remedy database(sql server). Security. • Team work. • Work with end users to understand requirements and testing. • Install bace and service contract knowledge is additional advantage. • Strong communication skills. • Should be proactive to foresee issues and provide remediation • Self Sufficient to drive the development work based on requirements. • Should be capable of providing suggestions and take us through new advancement. JD – Client have extended the use of the traditional help desk process whereas now the product retains records for their install base. In addition they system interfaces to other internal systems. So the person needs to have skill around extending the functionality of Remedy not just the help desk aspects. *JDeveloper and OAF resource Lead* Location* - *Pasadena, CA Duration – 6 months JDeveloper and OAF resource.
