7+ years *test engineering* experience
2+ years of experience working on *complex projects*
2 years of experience working on *complex time-boxed projects*
2 years of experience leading and managing test staff.
This position requires *2-3 years of test automation or
development*experience using an
*object oriented language, preferably Java or C#. *
- Experience using Rational Software’s suite of products (Manual Tester,
Functional Tester, Performance Tester, version 7.0 or higher)
- Experience with *Agile test methodology*
- Experience with test automation development, creation and execution
- Experience writing automated testing scripts
- Experience working with business partners in writing detailed test plans
- Experience with defect entry, management and stakeholder communication
