*Sybase Developer 6-12 months Contract 3 locations-Phoenix-AZ Ft Lauderdale-FL and Greensboro-NC* The Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining MIS applications. The incumbent will work within a 3 tier managed environment structure to deliver complete, accurate and timely reporting. The candidate will be expected to drive results and be responsible for the quality of deliverables in terms of the technical design, implementation, testing and adherence to technical compliance standards. Developer will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability in handling multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with development teams. *Required Skills / Experience* Demonstrated experience with Sybase IQ, Subversion, TortoiseSVN, NUnit. Experience utilizing MS SQL 2005/2008 including database design and writing stored procedures, user defined functions and triggers. CLR objects a plus. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with various levels of management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to effectively influence and manage change with strong collaborating skills. Proven track record of achieving common goals with aggressive timeliness. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred. *Preferred Skills / Qualifications* Experience with Microstrategy, Visio and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint) proficiency.
