Location: San Jose and Burbank Project Details: · The Service Engineer works closely with the product/application architect to determine deployment configuration (production configuration as well as hardware configuration) and to ensure that the product architecture complies with client’s established production requirements around monitoring and manageability. · The Service Engineer is also involved in defining and managing configurations of machine images required to deploy these products/applications. These images are used to quickly fire up new infrastructure for hosting the applications. This could include applications that are migrated from other CoLos. · The Service Engineer gets involved early in the life-cycle, but the key tasks that the Service Engineer must personally drive, starts from the time the product is ready to be deployed and till the time the production support team takes over the production environment.
