*Business Analyst Senior* Location:Cranston, RI Duration: 8+ Months Contract *Requirement :* Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured: As a component of Citizens’ Basel II Program, the compliance evaluation function supports Senior Management and the PMO by administering a systematic process for evaluating the appropriateness of processes and plans that must be implemented as part of a regulatory framework for determining risk-based capital requirements (Basel II Risk-Based Capital Adequacy Framework). The purpose of the role is to support the functional director in providing effective evaluations and consultations across all components of Citizens’ Basel II Program. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to evaluate the adequacy of existing processes and new implementations Collaborate with Manager and Program Implementation Boards (PIBs) to validate requirements and to conduct research as needed, supporting executive decision processes Collaborate with Manager and PMO to validate status of project plans, gap closure plans, issues and risks, supporting PMO senior management and Board reporting processes Collaborate with Manager and PIBs to communicate program status and progress to Internal Audit and Regulators Collaborate with Manager, PMO and PIBs to deliver a six-component Board of Directors Communication Plan, supporting the Program level Implementation Plan approval process Collaborate with Manager and PIBs to administer two Project Control Committees (PCCs): Implementation Plan PCC and Home-Host Issues PCC Collaborate with Manager and PMO to maintain all aspects of the Program MIS Infrastructure: Databases, Inventories, Position Papers, Methodology Documents, Organization Charts, Internal and External Evaluation Reports, Meeting Minutes, Issues Logs etc Thanks, Srikanth Ralla CAT Technology Inc.
