The first time testing and installation of DateTime seems a bit circular to require DateTime::TimeZone inside DateTime but DateTime-TimeZone-0.11 skipps its make test since DateTime.pm hasn't been installed. eg. DateTime-0.08$ perl Makefile.PL Warning: prerequisite DateTime::TimeZone 0.1
