I am not sure about PAL or NTSC. BUT IMO hardware resizer should not be dependent on PAL/NTSC. Ofcourse I have looked at the demo code but I have developed the logic as explained in the app note SPRAAI7 "Understanding the DaVinci Resizer" to program the resizer driver. My video quality is perfect
