Yes. You can start off in the following manner:
1. TVP is BT656 and interlaced format.
2. CMOS is Progressive and RGB format.
You can add an another device with settings ported from the TVP and the CMOS
so as to arrrive at the BT656 Progressive configuration!!!

BT656 by definition is NTSC/PAL resolution. Are you expecting the full
sensor resolution? If so the only way to do that is to capture in bayer
format and convert.
