I am trying to use a Neuros OSD2 (DM6446) to play out a PAL video.
The Neuros is connected to a PAL TV using composite cable.
But while playing I could see that left portion of
the video (around 20%) is getting wrapped on to the right side of the TV.

Thanks for the inputs Steve. I'm using an older version of MVista,
with OSS. But your suggestion made be think in the right direction.
