Problem using the Flash utility

Hello everyone I am using the FLASH utility to burn the ubl.bin and u-boot.bin to the NAND flash I am able to burn them sucessfully but when i boot the board sometimes i get the eth PHY detected and sometimes when i boot The ETH PHY not gets detected anyone knows what this issue can b. Have use
