Hi Jed,
We have seen a similar problem when the reset signal to DM644x is not
low enough for a sufficient duration after the power supplies have
ramped up. You could check this.

EMIFA and ATA are multiplexed modules. You cannot access both
simultaneously. This is clearly documented in the EMIFA and ATA/CF pin
terminal function tables. Please refer to Section 3.6.6.4 of
TMS320DM6446 Datasheet.

Hello,
I am facing the following error when I use the hard disk driver:
hda: dma_timer_expiry: dma status == 0x21
hda: DMA timeout error
hda: dma timeout error: status=0xd0 { Busy }
ide: failed opcode was: unknown
hda: DMA disabled
ide0: reset: success
The above error repeats three times.
