I am using Microm 4K page NF, though my kernel resides on 2K page NF which is
placed in parrallel with 4K. The kernel is configured to see only 4 partions on
the 4K page NF each of 1GB (total 4GB). I was able to mount yaffs2 filesystem
on one partition on 4K page NF and un tar the root filesystem on it from NFS.
Next I tried using the root fs on this NF partition. But kernel panics with
following last lines:
VFS: Mounted root (yaffs2 filesystem).
Freeing init memory: 172K
Warning: Cannot create /dev/console: -2Warning: unable to open an initial
console.
Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.
Does anyone has any idea what is causing above panic?
