You can get u-boot sources from the TI DVEVM website. There is also a later
u-boot version 1.1.6
that has been modified for davinci posted by Peter Wippich:

I have a SFF SDR Board from Lyrtech. I have loaded some code over serial
and tested the DDR RAM successfully. I'd like to start working on
getting u-boot running on the board.
Where is the best place to get u-boot for davinci from (for starting a
new board)?
