Just a short note: I found that in last days people started to ask for
help at DaVinci wiki talk pages:

I don't think that this is good idea, because
- Nobody will read it (except me?)
- I think the wiki talk pages are more or less to discuss the articles
I really propose to ask for help here on the list (or the support you
paid for).
I would have people asking there CCed, but without any contact info
this is difficult :(
