1. Your erase command is not correct.
2. You didn't enable MTD block device support in kernel config
JFFS2 needs the so-called cleanmarkers written to empty blocks. For
NAND, these are special markers written in spare area. Instead of
flash_eraseall, use flash_eraseall -j.
