Then I got on the arm side the following error:

When you start CCS 3.3 open existing project (lala.pjt in examples/lala).

Yes it is possible to do so.
I've modified one TI example in order to be able to debug the DSP in CCS. After
device has successfully booted (linux), the application is started, and then
the JTAG and CCS are used to connect to the DSP.
