- save the attached database document to an arbitrary location
- start openoffice.org
- open the database document
- Insert|Form
=> a new empty form opens
- type some characters into the form, save it, close it
=> the database document counts as modified now
- provoke a crash in OpenOffice.org (you can do so by opening the attached
  text document, and pressing the button therein)
=> a dialog opens saying that OOo crashed, and all documents will be recovered
- close this dialog
- restart OpenOffice.org
=> the document recovery wizard opens, offering to recover all documents. One
   of those documents is the DB doc
- cancel the wizard without doing anything
=> another dialog opens asking where to save the database document to
- cancel this dialog, too
=> OpenOffice.org now starts normally
- open the database document from the location where you initially saved it to
- chose the "Tables" icon on the left hand side
=> error message:
   The connection to the data source could not be established

  SQL Status: S1000
  Error code: -78
