Look like you have an incampatable version of Perl on you computer check out this link http://www.xray.mpe.mpg.de/mailing-lists/perl5-porters/2006-07/msg00470.html Unfortunetly you will most likly have to compile DBD:Oracle locally on you system. Get the latest version of DBD::Oracle from CPAN
