Data Format

Hello Everyone,
 
I'm still learning DBI, so please dont hit me too hard.  ;)
 
I've noticed, when capturing form input in multiline text boxes, the format 
(particularly line breaks) is getting lost. Is there a way to preserve such 
things as line breaks?
