The following command to install the "Development Tools" meta package
(barring the obvious typo):
>> CentOS/RHEL: yum install "Developement Tools"
should actually be:

You can install make by itself (depending on your platform)
CentOS/RHEL: yum install make
Debian/Ubuntu: apt-get install make
or install the development meta package
CentOS/RHEL: yum install "Developement Tools"
