Help for install DBI.zip

Hi, There:

I downloaded the DBI.zip from
http://www.activestate.com/PPMPackages/zips/5xx-builds-only/ and installed
it as instruction. But, I got:
        Error installing package 'dbi.ppd': could not locate a ppm binary of
'dbi.ppd' for this plateform
I use Window98 Second Edition and ActivePerl 5.6.1. Is there any one here
can help me? Thanks.....
