I have a developer who wants DBD::ORACLE installed on a Solaris server. There is not an instance of
Oracle installed on this server. He is certain that it can be installed, but I can't find information supporting this. It always errors out with wanting "Oracle_home". Is there a way to install DBD without oracle installed.
