I've downloaded and tried DBD::Sybase 1.07 on Mac OS X 10.4.5.
You need to install Open Client 12.5.3, otherwise you'll run into
trouble.
First you'll need to fix things like
"Symbol not found: ___CFConstantStringClassReference"
You can fix it by adding options such as
-framework CoreFoundati
blob.t 0 511 20 181.82% 2-11
Failed 12/12 test scripts, 0.00% okay. 193/203 subtests failed, 4.93%
okay.
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 2
In the meantime, DBD::Sybase 1.04 is still working ...
Any idea?

ow it works. Of course, Sybase guys are looking at it. It seems to
easy to freeze a database server from
a remote machine (using a quite unprivileged user).
Next step: a connection pool

/usr/lib
I changed checkLib as well so it looks for libsybct.
It seems that Sybase is showing some interest in Mac OS X. Why do they
change the names of the libraries?
Previous releases used the old standard. Anyway, it works. Nicely.

and then I call dosomething.sh from Apache as a CGI... very clumsy
Now, I don't know how to fix this.
I'm using HP-UX 11.0, Sybase ASE 12.5 OCS 12.5, DBD::Sybase 1.01 and
