Odd behavior - it worked yesterday but not today

Ok here is a good one. I have been working for several months with a few scripts that I am coding for a new site. The scripts have been working just fine until I rebooted my workstation last night. Today, the scripts are not working I kee getting this message: Name main::DBI used only once:
