After I upgrade DBI to 1.45 and DBD::ODBC to 1.12, I still had
a core dump. It's gone after I upgrade perl from 5.6.1 to 5.8.4 with these
modules.

This is a new problem for me, I use this version of modules for a long time
and never had a problem, that is why, didn't upgrade it. I will try to
upgrade it first and see if problem goes away or not and let you know.

If the code is old but the problem is new then the code probably
isn't the problem.
