I figured out the problem. Well, not me but a collegue. In any event,
the solution was to cd to the Constants folder, run Perl Makefile.PL
then make then make install. Then cd on level up and do the same thing

I am having trouble installing DBD::DB2. I have Perl 5.6.1 and DBI 1.16.
When I do a
install DBD::DB2
from the CPAN prompt the package seems to download OK. However, when the
build runs I get the following:
