The output of perl Makefile.PL without ODBCHOME set is the same as before.

I am having difficulty to compile on Perl V5.10.0 built with MS SQL server
2005. The program could not find installed ODBC Driver Manager.
Here is my configuration.
DBI_DSN: 'dbi:ODBC: DSN_NAME', DSN_NAME is set up in System DSN in
ODBC Data source Administrator.
DBI_USER: valid d
