[Dbmail] Safe to use multiple 2.2.x releases at once?

Would there be any problem having two 2.2.x MXes running at once against the same backend database? Specifically I'm thinking of one server with 2.2.9-1ubuntu1 (from hardy) and one server with 2.2.11-1 (from jaunty beta). How cautious do I need to be with this? -- Robert C. Sheets Picos
