Im also using amavisnew with postfix and dbmail.
Are you also using amavisnew ?
The problem im getting is that postfix aliases dont work.
And mailman lists are also not working.
I think its amavisnew and the postfix setup that causing my problem.

Nope, works great in 3 setups of it here.
