Hello everybody,
altough I understand very well that this is not a dbmail issue and I
also know why it's happening, I was wondering is there's something
dbmail could implement to avoid the common problem of having duplicated
folders when using different mail client.

I think he is saying he is creating
INBOX/test1
INBOX/test1/test2
Then renaming
INBOX/test1 -> INBOX/testX
But then DBMail is no longer showing test2 underneath testX

Hi,
I noticed that DBMail did not work properly with IMAP folders.
E.g. In DBMail IMAP folder is inline string in message and it's BIG problem.
For example: I created via Thunderbird 'INBOX/test1' folder, and next I created
folder 'INBOX/test1/test2'.
Next I renamed folder 'test1' to 'testX' (al

Sure. In fact, in dbmail a folder can contain *both* messages *and*
subfolders at the same time.

I think you misunderstood,
I get this reply when I send an email to the dbmail list!!
I can block this user's auto-reply but IMHO it is something the list

I use exim (as MTA) and can do _any
It is,
At least me, i have new folders, and sub folders in the root folders and so
on, and no problem, everything's working fine.

Is it possible in imap to add subfolders?
I used to use subfolders for grouping.
This is an example of my old folders setup:
Mail/inbox
Mail/design
Mail/lists/
Mail/lists/dbmail
Mail/lists/sendmail
Mail/work/
Mail/work/inbox
and so on...
Is it possible to set this up using dbmail, or do I need
Are you saying you want to use '.' as a folder separator?

Hi DBmail developers,
I make a small change in the imap4.c to permit accentued french name in UTF-7

I just add "&" character in the list of AcceptedMailboxnameChars[] on line 40 in
