My pgsql stuff is in:
/usr/local/pgsql/include
/usr/local/pgsql/lib
Since these weren't in "pgsqllibpaths" and "pgsqlheaderpaths", I have
added them to "configure". Then, this is what happened:
---output from configure---
./configure --with-pgsql
loading cache ./config.cache
Found the problem!
I should have added the paths into configure.in instead. Then do a
'autoconf' and 'automake' After that,
'configure --with-pgsql' worked fine.
