revision 2022 generates incorrect dbmail.h:
#define DEFAULT_PID_DIR "${prefix}/var/run"
#define DEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE "${prefix}/etc/dbmail.conf"
#define DEFAULT_LOG_FILE "@localstate@/log/dbmail.log"
#define DEFAULT_ERROR_LOG "@localstate@/log/dbmail.err"
(variables haven't expanded)

Is anyone working on returning meaningful error messages for too-long
commands?
The various IMAP .c files seems to think (though they use their own
#defines) that the maximum line length is 10240bytes. Unfortunately, if
you exceed this maximum, the too-long command is truncated at 10239
character
