Anyone else running dbmail 2.0.10 with mysql 5.1.x? I had some issues
loading the initial SQL. They've been worked around, but now I'm
nervous if there are other hidden gotchas buried deep in the code.
The two problems were: (1) mysql 5.1.x wants ENGINE=InnoDB instead of
