Summary: POP3 timeout problem
Description:
Hello,
the manual says about TIMEOUT: "# Idle time allowed before a connection is
shut off."
In dbmail.conf I set the TIMEOUT to 600 seconds (10 minutes).
So in my oppionion this means, the connection is only shut off, if it is
really ilde for more than 10 minutes. However if I try to download a huge
file e.g. with POP3 over a slow internet connection, the connection always
breaks after 10 minutes of downloading ("Server closed connection.").
If I set TIMEOUT high enough, everything works fine till the end.
