I read in the change logs that SHA-1 and WHIRLPOOL hashes are supported as of version 2.3.1. However, I can't get dbmail to authenticate properly with those hash types. The dbmail-users program still only supports md5. MD5 is outdated and known to be insecure. How soon will full support for new ha
