I've been running dbmail-imapd from HEAD since august without any serious problems. The threading code has been stabilized and runs very well. Thunderbird and evolution have been tested extensively. Outlook only cursory. Pop3d/timsieved/lmtpd havent been touched much since 2.3.2 and I don't expect
