DBpedia facts do not come with confidence values, and to the best of my
knowledge there are no rules or procedures implemented in the framework to
assign such values.

It appears that 'ć' is the only character on that list that's outside the
Latin-1 character set, so that's probably why the other URIs turn out OK.
I've just checked some other resources related to Serbia (i.e. those which
are likely to have more of such characters appearing in their URIs
